Hi World Family,
Falcon, here. So...what are you doing for St. Patrick's Day? If you are in Pittsburgh, how about seeing the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra at a community concert?!
On Tuesday, March 17, 2009 at7:00pm, the PSO will perform at Wilkinsburg Senior High School with conductor Daniel Meyer, featuring Soprano Deborah Selig and some narration done by WTAE's own Andrew Stockey. Here's the greatest feature: tickets are only $7 for adults, and $3 for students K through 12. For groups over 10, tickets are just $5 each. All proceeds benefit the music programs of the Wilkinsburg School District.
To purchase tickets, call:412-871-2125 This is a wonderful, alcohol-free way to celebrate the arrival of spring!
More special events to follow...stay tuned for more news.
Oh, and Falcon and Dove are proud of our Oscar Predictions! We only missed 6! Not bad. We hope you all won your office pools!
Peace, World Family!
